AMAALA
Under the esteemed patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia is dedicated to the development of an unparalleled ultra-luxury resort destination, woven together by the threads of wellness, sustainability, and arts and culture along the Red Sea.
The development spans three sites along the northwest coast of the country and provides a magnificent canvas to premium facilities, diverse offerings, and transformative experiences.
Having been part of the visionary AMAALA project since its inception, we are proud to have worked as an Advisor to the CEO Nicholas Naples, leading the destination’s Wellness Agenda. Additionally, Katharina was selected to lead the Sub-Committee for Wellness of AMAALA’s Advisory Board.

As owner’s representatives, we led the estate’s transformation to develop an ultra-luxury Wellbeing resort. We shaped a long-term vision, aligned key stakeholders, and articulated a differentiated positioning rooted in authenticity, innovation & legacy.
We activated our global network of investors, operators & subject matter experts to unlock strategic partnerships, successfully onboard a visionary operator & elevate the estate’s international appeal, setting the stage for a new era of holistic wine estate experiences & meaningful Wellbeing tourism.
CORE Social Wellness Club
As a pioneering, ultra-luxury private members’ club, CORE Social Wellness Club delivers a holistic wellness philosophy to local and expatriate HNWIs with the aim of ultimately increasing their quality of life and those in their communities.
As trusted advisors to the Chairman & CEO, we worked closely with the senior leadership team refining their concept, crafting CORE’s strategy, and delineating short, medium & long-term objectives to become one of the leading Wellbeing brands globally within a fast-growing & competitive market.
Capitalising on our experience in Wellbeing & Hospitality, we worked hand in hand with each head of department, formulating operational and strategic blueprints, and defining industry leading standards and protocols to elevate the member experience, positioning CORE as an industry benchmark.
