Our Story
The Code was founded from our passion for hospitality and desire to redefine Wellness Real Estate.
Katharina’s upbringing in the hospitality world, education at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, and managerial role in Ernst & Young’s Global Hospitality and Real Estate practice endowed her with valuable experience and insights. Furthermore, her position as the Director of Partnerships at First Idea, a Strategic Advisory firm, provided the opportunity to cultivate and enhance the global network that The Code has access to today.
This strong foundation empowers our team to develop innovative, business-oriented and growth-focused solutions for our clients and partners.
